Good Points

The car was very good and clean


Bad Points

Booked online, paid in full, told when checked back in, nothing to pay, but got a $200 bill a day later


General Comments

I booked with Alamo on line, paid in full, but when I took it back, I was told there was nothing more to pay, BUT a day later, got a bill for $200.
Tried contact customer services, didn't reply to emails, just pass you around.
I'd like to find out who the chairman of the company is and email him to tell him that his service is poor.
I wont use them again.

    I agree with this review because I rent a car with Alamo last December and I have a similar story to tell. In short terms I 've been cheated..
