Their customer service is good.


Bad Points

The trays are very uncomfortable because the gumline is not cut out.


General Comments

From the time I ordered the kit until the time I recieved the trays in the mail took over one month. Even though I made sure my gums were showing on the impressions I made, the trays did not have them cut out. Wearing them without gel is just as painful as getting the gel on your gums. The website shows photos of their trays having the gumline cut out, but dont expect that to be true for yours. To add to the frustration the trays look as if the mold has been grinded so that your gum impression wil not show on your trays. If the impressions showed on my trays I could cut them out on my own with a hobby knive. If you enjoy great customer service with a horrible product feel free to order, but I would be satisfied if the opposite were true.
