General Comments

I have been insuring bikes both classic and modern with Carole Nash since they started, over 25 years ago. They were really good, knew their subject, gave great cover and were reasonably priced. All that has changed, I recently wanted to add another classic bike to my policy for the remaining three weeks until renewal, I eventually got through to an adviser after listening to (and paying for) ten minutes worth of musak, he really could not have cared less, knew nothing about bikes and said he would phone me back, he didn't. Another ten minutes listening to crap music and I got a girl who also knew nothing about what she was insuring, she quoted me £68 for the three weeks, when I protested she knocked a tenner off. I went to Footman James who insured both bikes for a year for £130. This is just the last straw, I have many other instances of bad service and rip offs with Carole Nash, I don ' t know why I stayed with them for so long, Rip off artists, don ' t touch them. I sold my SV after four months and got back £15 of the £160 I had paid them.
