Good Points

A worn phrase I know- but it does what it says on the Tin.
A Solid,reliable machine that other pvr manuafactures could follow. ,very good picture quality
Wife/spouse user friendly (allow 1 month)
Ezy peezy programming
Alpha/numeric display
Can trim excess segments from programmes Start, middleto free up space
Record two channels and watch previous recorded titles, at same time.


Bad Points

EPG slow to populate-quick fix is to set the Hummy to come on 10 mins before you generally watch telly. I dont find this problem.
160Gb disc soon fills up (not enough time to watch 'n' wipe) in our household.
Mp3 player and .jpg viewer a nice touch but never used.
No frequency changer on remote for two machines in same room.
Sliding remote cover has easily breakable catch-just be careful how you drop it.


General Comments

I replaced a twice faulty Digifusion PVRT-200 with the Humax 9200T and never have looked back. Every piece of electronic kit will have faults, mine has been fault free .
BTW the fan blows air OUT, and is a good reason for it running in order to help keep the air cool around the internal power supply board. If you want something silent-then go read a book.
Just about to fit a 750Gb disc...............
The 9200T is highly recommended and worth the extra £ £
