Ordered a gift for my housemate's birthday - ordered mid-April, hoping to get it by the end of May (her birthday). Money debited from my account within three days of making my order. By late June, had received nothing.

Emailed WhoBlackpool about it and they assured me the item was en route from suppliers and would be shipped on asap. Emailed in the beginning of October to cancel my order - had no response. After a week, emailed again, demanding a refund. Got a response this time (!) that it had been passed to their refund department for actioning. I have waited 30 days (as stipulated by Distance Selling Regulations as the maximum time you should wait for a refund) and still nothing.

Have emailed again, but still no response. Telephone line is busy when i have called.

NEVER use this company - I will be taking them to Small Claims if I have no refund by the end of the week, and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and also Blackpool Police for obtaining money by deception.
