Good Points

Customer service is average.


Bad Points

Poor communication skills
Lack interest when signed contracts
Not helpful
No understanding of everyday real life issues.


General Comments

Brought a car from local garage in 2006, financed through BCT. Initially no problem but two weeks down the line when I had my paper work through a lot of errors. Tried rectifying these issues but to no avail! The car was involved in an accident and written off. My GAP insurance paid out and so did my car insurance. I was told that everything was clear and settled, however in February this year had a letter off debt collectors demanding £1865 immediatly!
