General Comments

I have a PC with a 5 year warranty from PC World. I feel as though this is a total waste of money. Their so-called health check seemed to do nothing that I requested, took 50 hours, and the PC appeared worse when I got it home than when I took it in. I feel their Leicester Fosse Park store is understaffed in terms of quantity and quality. I find their customer service department to be disappointing.

I would never, ever go near any of their outlets again.
