Bought my Breitling Chronograph in 1998. Very handsome watch, nice weight, sturdy band.


General Comments

The watch has been extremely unreliable and even more disappointing has been the customer service offered to me by Breitling USA. In 10 years of owning this pricey timepiece, I've had to return the watch for EITHER general service OR a complete overhaul (two times) five times. So do the math...in 10 years the watch has gone back for service every two years. In my opinion, this is disgraceful and NOT the sign of an immaculately crafted watch

As much as I still think Breitling makes an extremely handsome watch, I will NEVER buy another Breitling again. Between the constant malfunctioning of the watch and the apparent lack of stellar customer service, Breitling has lost my business AND, has an opponent of their watches that tells all of his friends not to go near a Breitling.
