Quite delivery, quality good. I returned a pair of jeans, unworn the same day received, they sent them me back 2 weeks later after accusing me of wearing them, however they had been worn but not by me, I sent them back for the purpose of them being too big and short on the leg! They are charging me 12.50 and a further 3.50 to send them back to me, i am however disputing that these were the jeans I returned and they still fail to investigate their departments to find out just what has happened. I feel shocked and upset that they have treated me in such a way I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them to anybody. Poor customer service and I think returns procedures should be checked.
