Good Points

Polite, friendly and saved me about £4000 on the local dealership for my Audi.


General Comments

The "refer a friend" does not seem to work well. Both me and my mother bought cars via Autobytel and trying to get the £100 incentive or even a return to the 10 emails I have sent them is near impossible. There are better companies out there brokering for dealers so I would use them in future. I was getting phonecalls every day from them, except when I needed answers to which I could get no replies.
