Indesit IDL 530 Review

Good Points
The dishwasher has 6 settings from a cold water rinse if you are slowly building up a load for washing to an 'eco' wash for those wishing to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

General Comments
This Indesit IDL 530 is my third dishwasher since 1988 with a period without one from 2000 to 2001.

I read numerous reviews about this particular one along with many others before making my decision and buying on line.

It was very easy to plumb in (my 70+ husband completed installation in no time having installed the plumbing from scratch)

Its quiet, efficient and does a very good job cleaning.

Good capacity for whatever kind of load you may have.
I like the cutlery basket which has a lid on it so rather than piling numbers of knives, forks, spoons in compartments, they are suspended through the lid thereby ensuring they are washed individually.
It also means sharp knives are placed sharp end down which means I don't get spiked every time I empty the basket.
The salt and rinse aid compartments are standard and easily accessible.
6 settings available which do not need a degree to operate.

I have previously more 'expensive' models but feel this Indesit model is very good value for money.
