Long queues at check-out, horrible customer service.


General Comments

Hired three times from Shepherds Bush branch. Was never a pleasant experience, but very cheap. The third time however they handed over the car fully covered in dust and after a rainy weekend found a small scratch on the door. Same story as others have experienced from then on: £500 immediately deducted, repaid only after months and many, many calls and emails, final invoice just over £500.

Will never hire from them again.
