Good Points

We went worried after reading all the "bad" reviews but our experience was a good one overall. We did take out the additional insurance as recommended on this site and the car was damaged when we took ownership but it was clearly marked on the documents and we had no problems when we returned it.


Bad Points

You have to go "find" the minibus transfer outside the airport - not clear.
They did try to charge more for fuel than it says on their website (they did change this before we signed for the vehicle)
The vehicle was sluggish.


General Comments

All in all we were relieved that this did not turn out as bad as we had thought it might after reading the reviews.
The staff were professional, the service was reasonable if a little slow, we did "overfill" the vehicle when we returned it because we were not sure how much we needed to get back but that is just pot-luck - try to use all your fuel as you have paid for it.
If we were to return to Malaga I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
