I have experienced slow responses to any communication, sometimes I haven't received any response at all! I still haven't received a refund for returned goods yet, despite calling me to tell me that they had authorised the transaction.

I ordered some waterproof trousers which duly arrived but were the wrong size. I sent them back and asked for a smaller size to be sent - but heard nothing for a few weeks. Eventually they contacted me to tell me that the smaller size was not in stock. I asked for a refund and they eventually rang me up to say that they had credited my card with the refund. However, this transaction has never been received by me and it seems that no credit ever took place. Since then, I have not received a reply to any emails as yet.
