Good Points

Looks good but that means nothing


General Comments

Oven needs a new thermostat which is apparently unavailable but nobody has informed me. I had to keep phoning customer services at my expense. Have been pushed from department to department. Eventually after six weeks we were told the part was obsolete. Not good for a cooker which is under 18 months old. To have it replaced by Insurance is also expensive, and the cooker recommended Cannon C50GLK has not even got good reviews.
Anyone contemplating a Cannon Stratford - don't bother.
