Food, Aircraft seats need to maintained, Cabin crew are too old.


General Comments

I traveled on 07NOV flight 652 RUH -CAI, I bought a first class ticket .. when I arrived to the airport I was told by the ground staff that for some reasons the aircraft was changed from A340 to A330 and on this aircraft there is no first class, then they give me a Business class boarding pass seat number 8K.
Now .... How can I get my money back ( the different amount of my down grade from first class to business class).
