Good Points

Shops are attentive and try very hard


Bad Points

Took me about 40-50 minutes to get through to customer service and costs 10p per minute. Company don't deliver what they offer


General Comments

Booked a Florida holiday March 2008 for departure April 2009. Nov 2008 received a letter saying the accommodation that I had booked (chosen for it's close location of 3 miles to the Disney Parks for our little ones) was no longer available and I would put in an allocated on arrival property within 20 miles of the Disney Parks, no refund or compensation. Offered free cancellation and a refund of deposit. The contract with the property in Florida had been canceled and because of popularity there was nothing else left.
I would be wary about booking with First Choice again!!
