Bad Points

Completely incompetent in making bookings when you need to change the booking dates - the management actually said there was availability and then sent an email saying there was not and we coped a fine with the cancellation of the original booking (as we then had to change hotels) and they couldn't care less - no offer of alternative room being offered was the key to situation


General Comments

Would not recommend this hotel - particularly for business travelers who need changes on dates and should not be penalised when its the hotel that said yes and then said no - and the really frustrating part is that the reservation manager never once offered an alternative room of any grade for the additional night needed - not sure how they think people will choose the Sheraton hotel in Abu Dhabi when they cannot even get the basics into place - customer service????
