Good Points

Easy to deal with on the initial booking. A good and easy web site. This has lead me to using Carjet 8 times for my Spanish needs.


Bad Points

No spare bulbs, no triangle, no yellow jackets and no first aid kit.
I was stopped and fined for the lack of all of those (300 'spot fine). No response from Carjet.
Overcharged for fuel. If I could have put '70+ of fuel into the car, it would have only been by filling up spare fuel cans - and then Goldcar had the cheek to put a diesel surcharge on top.
I complained to Carjet.


General Comments

I don't use them any more - and it is doubtful that I will again in the future, finding dealing direct with the car hire companies gets a significantly better price.
Carjet need to shake up their communication with their car hire companies - and check them out as far as car road worthiness and fuel charging goes.
