glide through the hair easily, easy to use

didn't seem to get very hot


General Comments

i borrowed a pair of SHE straighteners yesterday, as my babyliss irons just drag through my hair. I sectioned my hair off and began to straighten small sections. the irons glided through my hair leaving a shine. I did find though that the irons didn't seem to get very hot and i had to go over a few sections. My hair is very wavy and, when it rains or has been wet, curls into ringlets. She Straighteners did keep my hair straight but not for very long, as i noticed that about 45mins later the front of my hair had a wave in it (the rest of my hair followed later). at this point I hadn't been outside and it hadn't been raining so I think my natural hair overpowered the straightness. These do seem to be nice straighteners and don't appear to damage your hair badly. In a few weeks I will be getting a pair of GHD's so I'm not sure how they compare yet, but I've heard they are similar. Overall i would recommend these irons to a friend but I'm not sure they're for me.
