Bad Points

Baby seat booked but not guaranteed. Seat given at airport in very poor condition.


General Comments

When we booked a child seat it said this was not guaranteed but we found it hard to believe we would be left without one as we couldn't drive away without. The seats on offer were completely outdated and worn. It was not possible to fix it securely in the car. The straps for the baby were filthy twisted. The staff response was take it or leave it. We took the seat so that we could get to our destination and hired a new seat there. Tyres were also in poor condition.

    I found this review helpful because it made realise I am not the only one who has suffered at Easycar's service we ended up losing 115 pounds and as you can imagine are not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ..
