Both my sister and I have had bad experiences at Willie Smarts. This is a real shame as we were recommended by a friend who loves the stylist that she uses there.
My sister returned to the salon after her stylist sent her from the salon with a colour that had not taken to her hair. When she returned after asking for the colour to be done again the unenthusiastic stylist didn't dry her hair (as this would cost extra - even though it was there fault she was back). After drying her hair at home the colour was patchy as it had still not taken. The stylist would have noticed this had she bothered to take the time to check her work.
As mentioned in a previous review, each of us also left with layers cut into our face that look like a grown out fringe that will take months to grow out.
We will not be back and I have been sure to pass on our story to friends thinking of going there.
