Good Points

Great views, novelty value of seeing London from a different perspective.


Bad Points

Lack of organisation! When there are problems there is no PA system to let people know, someone just shouts which is okay if you're standing nearby but not if you're further down the queue.
Expensive if you've paid for fast track & still had to queue for well over an hour.


General Comments

Love the London Eye itself, but we were left feeling overcharged after paying for fast track & still queuing for a long time.
