Good Points

It looks quite good to a cursory glance


Bad Points

I feel the quality of my furniture is really poor. It's been over a year and we're still waiting to have it sorted out.


General Comments

We bought sonoma dark table, chairs and tall glazed unit in Aug 2007. We've had 4 deliveries of tables and chairs and have now given up trying to get quality like that in the shop and have settled for the pick of table tops, legs and chairs from the last two deliveries. It took us 8 months to notice the screws sticking out of the drawer fronts on the tall units. Marks and Spencer sent a guy from FIRA to inspect it, he found other stuff (filler, upside down bits). We have since had one delivery (Aug 2008) of another unit with the bottom all smashed in, so we're hoping for another some time.
