Bad Points
I found that the people you deal with are rude also, for me, they have not honored there word on things they tell you
General Comments
I changed to time warner awhile back direct tv did not cut off my called to see why I was met by rude people they only wanted there money I told them I would tell everyone of there bad service and have use any one but direct tv
