Lack of aftercare.
Hi other Rocksolid unhappy customers I've been affected by the company the same as yourselves. After care service is very poor. I am left with 6 parts missing from my kitchen and only have their lack of response to my 12 e-mails and 3 faxes and also postal correspondence. I would like to request anyone who is interested get in touch with me and take photographs of their kitchens to send to 'Watchdog'. I work hard as we all do to earn the money I gave them for what so far is a poor product and little aftercare and to be honest I am not willing to let it go.I can assure you I am going all the way.
