General Comments
Over the past four months we have made over a hundred phone calls to Business Post trying to sort out a billing issue where they keep overcharging us. We have to check every invoice and every line item every month. They have NEVER billed us an invoice correctly.
Their customer service is poor. I feel their customer service is basically just an information line, they offer me little help.
