Good Points

FreePhone, which I used a lot.


Bad Points

Where do i start, say that they have items in stock but wasn't always the case, they passd me from one manager to another.


General Comments

Ordered boots on a monday and promised me they would be with me by the weekend, I should have asked which weekend. After numerous calls boots arrived 2 weeks late! Beware nice website, but in my experience, bad service.
