Good Points

Excellent sales staff when buying product


Bad Points

Customer care when returning faulty goods, felt like i was in the wrong.


General Comments

Returned my DVD player after only using it twice. 28 days is the time frame for faulty goods to be returned if you want exchange on faulty goods and we had just passed that. Excepted the other option of repair (huge mistake) returned to the store two weeks later to pick up DVD player and asked it to be tested in store before we took it home, guess what, it didn't work, same problem. Was flabbergasted to be told it would need to go back to service centre again, but it just came back i protested, well no joy. I could not be bothered to argue as the store has no authority to exchange my product, it's up to service i was told. I feel that if a manager is given the position of running a store they should be given the authority to deal with my complaint, they sure were quick enough to sell it to me. I await the the return of my DVD player, but I'm not holding my breath that this will be resolved quickly as nobody seems to be able to make a fair decision on a simple solution. Thank-you for reading a very unhappy customer
