General Comments

Pay extortion rates for anything but a middle seat.
Terrible, clunky website. Literally 10 years behind competitors.
Cheap feeling. Changed flight times after I bought my tickets.
Rude attendants.
The absolute worst flight experience I've had in 10 years. And that is saying something. Check out the average reviews on this site - they sit at around a 3.
Have managed to make me hostile enough to take the time to write a review, which I NEVER do.
I am baffled at how the remain a carrier. I can only assume it is the result of servicing little traveled routes, as I would pay extra to use any other carrier on a similar route.
