The software is easy and quick to use and the photos upload relatively quickly
Their customer services side seems to be operated by one person who has no authority whatsoever to help/assist or offer options to solve issues. I have had problems where my card payment was not taken yet I was waiting for the order and had to chase it up 5 times on the telephone. Deliveries not being sent and real issues trying to get replacement. Also most recently and still not resolved the wrong size and finish of print was delivered - and the customer services now tell me that it cannot in any way be their issue and suggested the problem is mine - no refund or replacements offered. I feel that the photos I have been supplied with are sub standard and are of no use whatsoever to me. i am attempting to escalate this issue.
Should be an excellent service but perhaps they need to employ some more staff - I am very very unsatisfied and hopefully I can get a refund before uninstalling the software and never using them again.
if not - then it has been the best £20 ever spent in the fact that I will reccommend that no-one uses them.
