Bad Points
Buses seem to turn up when they feel like it, my daughter misses her train to school EVERY DAY because they are late or don't turn up at all. This morning FOUR buses didn't turn up, meaning she was late by an hour AGAIN. I missed an important appointment yesterday because the bus didn't turn up. Unfortunately as the only bus service in the area we have no choice but to use it. Arriva are obviously aware of this and treat us like dirt because of it. I'm disgusted, they're affecting my child's education and making me late for work, which means she gets into trouble and I have to stay late to make up the time. Sort it out Arriva.
General Comments
Prices are extortionate, drivers are rude and in my opinion drive dangerously, buses turn up when they feel like it. My advice - take the car or walk - it'll get you there quicker.
