I totally agree with the last person on here, people should read the description of holidays and whats included before they book. 12 o'clock checkout is known worldwide and if you read your paperwork properly it will tell you this. What people forget is that their holiday is a lot cheaper by booking a night flight so yes you should pay extra to keep a room on longer.
The reps are only there to try and help people and give advice they are not miracle workers and they do not know everything, they are only human beings like you and I!!!!!!
