heats up quickly. easy to use. great results


Bad Points

two months after purchase, it just stopped working. changed the fuse, but it was still dead.


General Comments

I was thrilled with the Remington CI501 Professional Soft Curls Tong as it's hard to find a large barrelled tong. Don't know why it just suddenly stopped working though I am going back to Remington to find a solution.
