Bad Points
In my experience, badly organised, don't keep you informed, brochure is misleading, rep in resort was very bad and misinformed. They ignored our opinion and have tried to ignore our complaints.
General Comments
Our Honeymoon to Kenya was meant to be a trip of a lifetime but First Choice and the hotel did all they could to ruin it. First Choice was expensive, inflexible and when we had issues were non sympathetic and we felt cheated.
