Good Points

Good items at good prices.


Bad Points

The main bad point APR (39.7%) if your account owes them less than £1,000, but the delivery has been bad sometimes if they haven't got the items that I have wanted in stock and didn't inform me. But also their web site could be better.


General Comments

Seeing as Choice, Littlewoods and a few other well known catalogues that are run by the same company, they are all getting the same sort of reviews. But the main one for Littlewoods is that the APR has shot up far too high (39.7%) and that's because if you owe on your account less than £1,000. The customer service has gotten better over the past few years. Its just the organising of the accounts and the way some of the departments have treated me. My advice is, if you have the money go with Argos or Amazon, If not, SAVE UP.
