General Comments

Ordered 10 items of clothing from Pro Direct Soccer to use as a business uniform for my sports coaching company and was told that the items were out of stock but would be with me in 14 days.

On the 16th day after I'd placed the order I called them up and was redirected to Teamwear who said that it was the manufacturers fault and they told me I would be emailed with an order delivery date. No email was ever received by me.

On the 21st day after placing the order I called again asking where my order was. They said it should be with me in the next few days.

On the 29th day after placing the order I was told they have had to reorder the items from the manufacturer as it was their fault and not Pro Directs.

On the 46th day after placing the order they have apparently sent me 1 of the 10 items in the post but have charged me £3.95 delivery for this service!

On the 48th day, when told a manager will be available to speak to me to complain, they told me they didn't know where he was!
