Increase in premium.


General Comments

Previous premium was £330 with Direct Line. I upgraded my car half way through the year, it cost me £60 to upgrade the insurance. So, when I went to renew for the following year, I was expecting a very maximum price of £450 (300 + (60x2)), but the best they could offer was £530, so an increase in a year of £200 or 60%.
Totally unreasonable especially since I am now 25, have never had an accident or anything stolen and have been with Direct Line for 7 years.
