Good Points

Nice car, and the car that we booked.


Bad Points

Hidden charges that were not clearly explained. Poor customer service, very rude and patronising


General Comments

We hired a car through Hertz in Brescia, Italy. When I received the invoice for the total hire I found that the prepayed amount was not correctly recorded (understated by 21 Euros). Despite complaining twice I dealt with extremely rude customer service staff who explained that the difference was administration costs for the local office!
