General Comments

What a let down. With one of the best views in Swansea surely the staff should be motivated to fulfil the restaurants potential? I feel I experienced bad service, bad food, high prices - total disappointment. The experience was summed up by the apparent attitude of our waitress. I asked what the soup of the day was and the waitress replied carrot and coriander so my mother and I both ordered it. When it arrived (30 minutes later) it was actually tomato. I said this wasn't what we had ordered and was told they had run out. When I asked why we weren't told this all I got was a sarcastic sounding reply. To add insult to injury the soup was cold.
