To all the people writing these reviews the only people you should blame is yourselfs, research your holiday don't expect everything you read to be true and don't blame the reps for everything! You don't need them in England to board the plane so why do you need them in your resort and to arrange your flight home! Delayed flights are also not any company's fault! Stop being so rude all of you, things happen in life that can not be helped and delayed flights is unfortunately one of them, don't like waiting, go to Pontins
