Bad Points
I found the staff at Optical Express in Wood Green to seem rude, unprofessional and apparently unable to give correct prescription or glasses that work.
Went to other opticians on Kings Road and Boots and they were both able to give correct prescription.
General Comments
My experience at Optical Express is one of the worst experiences I have had at an opticians. Boots leaves much to be desired but is wonderful compared to optical express. Had to take lenses back on numerous times and each time they said there was nothing wrong with them. I had to point out a fault in the lens and argue before they said they'd send them back to have them checked. They sent them back and they came back corrected. The lens was infact too big for the frame and when it was fitted the frame bent the lens and Optical Express in Wood Green apparently couldn't see this. I was outraged and never went back.
I thought they would be good; better than Boots or SpecSavers but I was mistaken. Perhaps it is this one branch that is bad but I lost all confidence in Optical Express.
