General Comments

I've had the misfortune of dealing with Eclipse proffesionally for over three years and at no point has there service ever been anything but poor. Their servers seem to be down so often it's a joke, they are sometimes slow to respond to outages at all. It took me 6 months to persuade our company to switch ISP and we've been flying along since, unfortunately we still have to deal with the odd client on Eclipse and I dread having to do any work with them! This is easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with in 14 years of working on the web.
