General Comments
I have had a business account for 20 months now. I have done over 200K of business with them. I have missed one Natwest Credit card payment due to customers paying me late. Instead of being helpful - they closed my credit card account. I thought they are supposed to be helpful to small businesses - dont be misguided they dont care and also their call centre staff are rude and hang up the phone.
