General Comments
I ordered dog and rabbit food from K9 Capers. The prices were average but I thought if the service was good I could use them regularly.
My first, and only, order turned out to be a complete disaster - I was told that my delivery would arrive on a certain date by K9 Capers, that day came and went (and my poor dogs had very little exercise because I had to stay close to the house), then at tea-time I get an email from them with a link to Parcelforce website saying that it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately I didn't check the Parcelforce website, just relied on K9 Capers word, waited in all the next day, nothing - later on when I checked the Parcelforce website I learned that the packages weren't due to arrive for another 3 days! All in all my dogs have had a miserable time of it because they had 3 full days with very little exercise because we were hanging about waiting for a delivery.
I contacted K9 Capers about this and received no reply.
When my order was delivered part of it was damaged and the rabbit food seemed stale. My rabbit wouldn't eat it - even although he's been happily munching away at that make of food for months. I have since bought another pack of the same food from a local pet shop and he eats that, I think this proves that the food I bought from K9 Capers may have been stale. The packaging appeared to show that it had been damaged BEFORE it had been sent out as the box it was in was completely undamaged and there was rabbit food rolling about inside the box.
I contacted K9 Capers again and have received no reply yet.
I would never use this company again.
