Picture is great when the tv turns on and stays on
Bad Points
They are unwilling to resolve a reoccuring problem with my reciever
General Comments
Customer Service calls last for at least 20 minutes each time you call. They are very sorry for the problems that you are having but are not willing to solve the problems. Eight out of ten times when I turn on my box it will stay on for two seconds and then shut itself off and restart. The restart process takes at least 5 minutes each time it resets itself. There solution was to leave the box on. I compared this to having a problem with the starter on my car, Would you leave your car on to solve that kind of a problem? A repair man is supposed to come this Saturday. After reading the reviews I am not sure he will show.
