Good Points

Being able to order things for my shoe size (I'm a size 3 it can be difficult getting them in shops)


Bad Points

I found their customer service disappointing - and they would not let me be put through to a manager.


General Comments

I ordered a pair of £80 shoes from Oli - Got the pair next day - but they were extremely scuffed - let them know and they organised to send out a replacement pair and pick up the other ones, though after our conversation I confirmed with her the address she said it was too late she had it going to my billing address not the original delivery address and suggested it was my fault as I should be clear about it. Sorry but I thought that sort of thing is their job? Anyway - they ended up sending 2 replacements - one to the billing and one to the delivery. The next pair of shoes looked slightly scuffed and the other ones I could see the colour coming off - I'm not paying £80 for a pair of cheap looking shoes - so organised for a return back. I originally went with Oli because they had a return courier service. Their courier service can only be picked up from the billing address - they could not seem to give me a proper reason why - so ok fine - pick a day which I'm home - all day - no one showed up - organised for another pick up - all day - AGAIN - no one showed up - i complain about this, as I don't have time to be hanging out at home ALL DAY - I have another pick up for today but its already 5pm and no one again looks like they are showing up - this is going to be the 4th time I've organised a pick up service - I just want my refund! I will NEVER use these people again and I would not recommend them.
