Bad Points

Length of delivery time. Not delivering when promised-this happened 4 times. Inflexible delivery times.


General Comments

I ordered some matching furniture (a wardrobe and 2 chests) in early August. The wardrobe came and this was all good so I cant fault them for that. I expected the 2 chests to be with the wardrobe but they weren't. I was told that they will be here soon. So after waiting a few weeks, I rang up and was told that I would get a call back from the manufacturer but I never received one. I received 2 lots of letters saying that the items would be delivered on such a date-they weren't. I rang a few days ago saying that they could pick up all the stuff and have it back and give me a refund. I got a call saying that it will now be delivered tomorrow morning at 7 am. This is not up for negotiation-that's when it is! It is now early November, so it's only taken 4 months so I'm not holding my breath that the chests will be here tomorrow!
