staff very helpful and genuinely cared about the animals
General Comments
i went to Tameside Animal Shelter looking for a 2nd dog around 2 and a half years ago now and found one of the best dogs i have ever had, sumo is a japanese akita, he is so loving and caring i would not be without him, the staff were fantastic and knew alot about all the animals (their behaviour and character) and from looking around i could see maybe the shelter wasn't as new as some places but the standard of care and love the staff put in to the animals is outstanding. Would definitely recommend the shelter rather than other places, best around.
