Bad Points

shipping costs indicated on shopping basket was half before ordering process started, then it doubled.
I feel I experienced very bad customer service - I did not receive any response to my emails
shipping extremely slow


General Comments

First last and only time I will use Deep Blue Dive Centre.
ordered monday. sent confirmation following saturday that they had shipped order by parcelforce and included track and trace no.: on parcelforce's track and trace I could see that the goods was first picked up monday and registered in parcelforces systems.
I did not receive any replies to my emails.

    It clearly states on our website that items shipped by courier are not dispatched on a weekend, rather are picked up on a Monday. This is why the customer received an automated email on the Saturday (when the order was packed) and ParcelForce show this as having been shipped on the Monday.
